The short version: Full refund before we deliver. Partial refund if we delivered but missed the mark. No refund after you've used the code on a live site — once it's yours, it's yours.
We try to be fair. Here's exactly how we handle the common situations:
If you change your mind before we send you the HTML files, email us and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. No questions.
If we decline an order for any reason (see our Terms for the list), you get a full refund automatically. You don't have to ask.
We promise delivery in 24 hours. If we go more than 48 hours past that without a clear update from us, you can request a full refund — even if you still want the site.
If we got something materially wrong (used the wrong vibe, missed required content, broken page) and you don't want us to fix it, we'll refund 50% within 7 days of delivery. If you'd rather we fix it, we will — at no charge.
Once the code is live on the internet under your control, or you've used it as a starting point for further work, the sale is final.
You have two weeks from delivery to flag a concern. After that, the order is closed.
The 9 vibes are previewed in the quiz, and the live preview shows your actual site before you pay. A change of taste isn't a refund situation — though we're happy to apply your $50 toward a rebuild at the regular rate.

If you have a problem, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We are small and friendly — we'd much rather fix the issue or refund you directly than fight a chargeback. Disputes filed without contacting us first may result in being declined for future orders.
