Terms of Service

What you're buying

• A 3-page HTML website: Home, About, Contact — built from the answers you provide in the quiz.
• Hand-readable HTML files with inline CSS. No frameworks, no build step, no dependencies.
• Your photos, your text, your brand colors, your chosen vibe (1 of 9 styles).
• Delivery within 24 hours of payment clearing.

Pricing

• $50 base — Home + About + Contact, one time.
• $25 per extra page — Menu, Services, FAQ, Pricing, Gallery, etc.
• One-time payment. No subscription, no recurring fees, no hosting charge.
• Prices in USD. Payment is collected via invoice through our payment processor.

What you own

The moment we deliver your files, you own the code. You can:

• Host it on Netlify, GitHub Pages, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, your own server — anywhere.
• Modify it, expand it, hand it to a developer to rebuild — your call.
• Use it for your business indefinitely. No license expires.

You may not resell the code as a template or as our service to third parties. The site is yours; the process is ours.

What you provide

By submitting the quiz, you confirm that:

• The information you give us is accurate (we don't invent stats, reviews, or details — what you submit is what goes on the site).
• You own the rights to any photos, logos, or text you upload, or have permission to use them.
• You're not asking us to build a site that violates anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights.

What we won't build

We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason. We will not build sites for:

• Illegal goods or services.
• Scams, deceptive practices, or content designed to defraud.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Adult/sexual content.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights.

If we decline after you've paid, we'll issue a full refund.

Revisions

The plain-English tweak box during the preview is unlimited — change as much as you want before submitting. After delivery, we'll do one round of small revisions (typo fixes, color adjustments, wording tweaks) within 7 days at no extra charge. Larger changes (new pages, structural redesigns, new photos) are billed at our extra-page rate.

Hosting

We do not host your site. You host it yourself — there are excellent free options (Netlify, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare Pages) and we're happy to point you at them. If you ask, we'll include a one-page "how to put this online" guide with your files.

Warranty disclaimer

We build your site in good faith, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee any particular business outcome — traffic, sales, search rankings, conversions — and we don't take responsibility for how the site performs in market. Once you have the code, what happens next is up to you and your host.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service any time. We may decline future orders from anyone who abuses the service or violates these terms. If you've paid and we terminate without delivering, you get a refund.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect on the date you submitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where 50buckswebsite is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts.
